Making a Musbi/Onigiri (Rice Ball)
Ingredients:

Musubi mold
-
Rice (2 cups yields about 12 musubi)​
-
Spam (favorite sauce optional)
-
Nori - cut into strips
-
Favorite fixings: Egg, Furikake (optional)

Directions

Cook rice.
-
Fry up your spam. Sauce it up with your favorite teriyaki or equal parts shoyu/soy sauce and sugar (brown or white). Add a dab of honey, ginger and garlic to taste.

Generously fill musubi mold with rice
-
Press the rice firm into the mold
-
Remove from pressed rice from the mold
-
Layer spam and favorite fixing to the musubi
-
Use a strip of nori to wrap your musubi and hold your favorite fixings in place
-
Add additional fixings of your choice
-
Enjoy!
